Pyridoxine (B6)

the severity of depressing moods linked to the taking of the contraceptive ill and hormone replacement therapy have been shown to be reduced

smokers and heavy drinkers have depleted levels of this vitamin and would benefit from supplementation

women can ease symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) with B6

some success has been seen with the treatment of morning sickness,irradiation therapy, travel sickness and drug therapy
