These organic herbal bath bags contain relaxing, anti-depressant lavender, calming chamomile, St John’s wort, helpful for anxiety and tension, and oats, good for skin care. Scented with pure lavender essential oil. Vegan. Directions:
Steep one bag in hot running bath water and relax in the bath for 10 minutes (or as long as you like!). If you prefer a stronger infusion, put the bag in a tea pot, add boiled water, let stand for 5 minutes then add all of it to your bath water.

Be Green and pop your used bags in the compost heap when they’re finished.
